Accommodation info

We inform you that hotel reservations have been made at an economic risk and are subject to a cancellation regime imposed by the establishments themselves. For this reason we can only consider a firm confirmed reservation if you have made the payment, either by credit card or by transfer.
Hotel reservations can be made directly from the website by filling in the form (online) or by sending the reservation bulletin (pdf) to the Technical Secretariat together with proof of payment by transfer or authorization for payment by credit card.  
Important: From the moment the reservation is made, there will be a 2-days period for its payment to be made and communicated to the Technical Secretariat (by email to  info@ifea2022santiagodechile.com) Otherwise, the hotel reservation will be automatically cancelled.

 

General contitions

  • Prices per room and night.
  • Prices included 19% VAT.
  • Reservations are made on a bed and breakfast basis.
  • Check-in time 3:00 p.m. 
  • Check out time 12:00 noon.

Procedure

Hotel reservations will ONLY be considered confirmed if payment has been made and the Technical Secretariat has been notified.

You can be sure that your reservation has been processed ONLY if you receive your confirmation number at the end of the process. If you do not receive it, contact the Technical Secretariat.

Please make a note of this number as you will need it for any future revisions or changes to your details.

IMPORTANT: No reservation will be processed without prior payment.

Important Note: A valid email address is required to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation policy

Individual reservations (up to 9 rooms)

Cancellations and name changes must be made in writing and communicated to the Congress Secretariat, to the e-mail: info@ifea2022santiagodechile.com 

  • Cancellations that occur until August 08 will have a 10% charge.
  • Cancellations that occur until September 07 will have a 50% cost
  • Cancellations that occur from September 8 onwards, will have 100% of expenses.

Deposits:

  • 100% of the total at the time of confirmation.

Payment Methods

By bank transfer

It is essential that you send a copy of the bank transfer by email to info@ifea2022santiagodechile.com  indicating the name of the congress and the congressman. Once the entry has been verified, the confirmation of the registration will be notified via email.

By credit card

Select this option at checkout. The system will redirect you to the payment gateway of the corresponding bank.

Note: Currency exchange and transfer expenses will be paid by the congressman.
