Once you have completed the registration form your fee is confirmed, in the course of the previous days the Technical Secretariat will verify the payments and send a confirmation e-mail.

IFEA members: you can consult the member countries at the following link https://www.ifeaendo.org/about-us/membership-roster/ , it will be necessary to send proof of membership of the society to which it belongs to the mail registrations@ifea2022santiagodechile.com in order to respect the value of the registration.

Procedure

Registration can be requested directly through the website, or by sending the filled out registration form to the technical secretariat and attaching a bank transfer slip or an authorization for credit card payment. You can download the registration form on the congress website (registration section).

Delegate name changes will be accepted until 17/10/2022. No more changes will be allowed after this date.

If you require an invoice, please indicate it expressly in the comments field detailing the company / person that invoices, NIF / CIF and postal address.

Once you are registered, you can access your personal area with the user and password information you will have received in your email, and you can check the services you have purchased. If you do not remember your login information you may request it at registrations@ifea2022santiagodechile.com 

Registration cancellation policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing and communicated to the Congress Secretariat, by e-mail: registrations@ifea2022santiagodechile.com Until October 3, 2022: The registration fee will be reimbursed, retaining € 60 for management expenses.
  • As of October 3, 2022: the cancellation of the registration will entail the loss of 100% of the registration fee.
  • All refunds must be requested before the beginning of the congress and payment will be made after the congress.
